This letter comments on the article “The Effect of Bispectral Index Monitoring on Emergence Delirium in Pediatric Patients: A Retrospective Observational Study.” The study addresses an important clinical issue in pediatric anesthesia by evaluating the potential role of bispectral index monitoring in reducing emergence delirium and improving postoperative recovery.
