Since
2010, our company, which was established in 2018 with the production experience
we have gained with many brands, products, designs, scientific congresses,
applied surgical interventions, robotic technologies, continues its activities
with a 5000 m² production area and a team of 50 people in Ankara.
In
the product groups we produce and export; we also sell our Orthopaedic implants
with the distinguished companies of our country in the domestic market. We
export to Europe, Asia, South America, Middle East countries in all
Orthopaedics product groups.
We
supply the raw materials we use in production from America, Germany and England
with certificates, analysis and test reports. These raw materials are
transformed into final products after going through the necessary processes in
our own production area and then sold.
Mechanical
and biocompatibility tests of all the products we produce are carried out by
accredited institutions in accordance with the current quality standards.
With
its experienced and specialised staff, we are among the leading brands in the
sector by offering R&D product development and innovative solutions, while
taking it as a duty to increase product and service quality day by day.
Our
company is supported by 93/42/EEC ANNEX II and ISO13485:2016 Quality Management
System certificates. (EU) 2017/745 MDR Medical Device Regulation required
applications have been completed.
2010
yılından günümüze kadar birçok marka, ürün, tasarım, bilimsel kongreler,
uygulamalı cerrahi girişimler, robotik teknolojiler ile kazanmış olduğumuz
üretim deneyimine sahip 2018 yılında kurulan şirketimiz, şu an Ankara’da 5000
m² üretim alanıyla ve 50 kişilik ekibimizle faaliyetine devam etmektedir.
Üretimini
ve ihracatını yapmakta olduğumuz ürün gruplarında; iç pazarda da ülkemizin
seçkin firmalarıyla Ortopedi implantlarımızın satışını gerçekleştirmekteyiz.
Tüm Ortopedi ürün gruplarında Avrupa, Asya, Güney Amerika, Orta Doğu ülkelerine
ihracat yapmaktayız. Üretimde kullanmış olduğumuz ham maddeleri; sertifika,
analiz ve test raporları ile birlikte Amerika, Almanya ve İngiltere’den tedarik
etmekteyiz. Bu hammaddeleri, kendi üretim sahamızda gerekli proseslerden
geçirdikten sonra nihai ürün haline getirip satışını gerçekleştirmekteyiz.
Üretmiş olduğumuz tüm ürünlerin mekanik ve biyouyumluluk testleri, akredite
kuruluşlar tarafından aksatılmaksızın gerekli periyodik şekilde ve güncel
kalite standartlarına göre yapılmaktadır. Tecrübeli ve uzmanlaşmış kadrosu ile
ürün ve hizmet kalitesini her geçen gün arttırmayı görev edinmekle beraber
ar-ge, ür-ge ve inovatif çözümler sunarak sektörün öncü markaları arasındayız.

Since
its establishment, our company has not only rapidly organized its functioning
processes in a very short time, but also focused on R&D activities. Knee
prostheses, veterinary surgical trauma products, which were developed in-house
in a short time, lastly continue as surgical cutter and drill motor production.
To various companies in the health sector; although we have services such as
machining, clean room (class 10000), we do all the processes of our own
products in our factory. Since its establishment, our company has not only
organised production but also focused on R&D activities. In this process,
all joint prostheses, veterinary surgical trauma products, surgical cutters and
drill motors developed in-house continue to be produced. Although we have
services such as machining, clean room (class 10000) for various companies in
the health sector, all processes of our own products are carried out in our
factory.

The
production capacity in the field of medical devices in Turkey continues to be
completed according to world standards. For more than 20 years, based on the
studies carried out in our country, as a company, we develop our projects by
following current technologies with an innovative understanding. We are planning
to diversify our product groups and reduce import substitution in accordance
with our quality policy by technologically evaluating our existing products
that we are constantly doing R&D and we aim to add new countries to our
current exports.
Türkiye’de
tıbbi cihaz alanındaki üretim kapasitesi dünya standartlarına göre tamamlanmaya
devam etmektedir. 20 yılı aşkın süredir ülkemizde yapılan çalışmalara
istinaden, firma olarak yenilikçi bir anlayış ile güncel teknolojileri takip
ederek projelerimizi geliştirmekteyiz. Sürekli Ar-ge yapmakta olduğumuz var
olan ürünlerimizi teknolojik bakımdan değerlendirerek, ürün gruplarımızı
çeşitlendirmeyi ve kalite politikamız gereğince, ithal ikamesini azaltmayı
planlamakla birlikte, halihazırda yapmış olduğumuz ihracatımıza yeni ülkeler
eklemeyi hedeflemekteyiz.

One
of the most important deficiencies of the economic situation in our country is
the scarcity of our own high technology and value-added products. In order to
eliminate this deficit and to provide economic input, it is important that all
R&D-based activities should be given importance and that the studies should
be finalised quickly in order to transform them into production. The future of
our country lies in the production of high value-added products that will
emerge after R&D activities.
Ülkemizin
içinde bulunduğu ekonomik durumun en önemli eksikliklerinden biri kendimize ait
yüksek teknoloji ve katma değer üreten ürünlerin azlığıdır. Bu açığı
giderebilmek ekonomik girdi sağlayabilmek için AR-GE temelli tüm faaliyetlerin
önemsenmesi ve üretime dönüştürülmesi konusunda çalışmaların hızlıca
sonuçlandırılması önem arz etmektedir. Ülkemizin geleceği, AR-GE çalışmaları
sonrasında ortaya çıkacak olan katma değeri yüksek ürünlerin üretimindedir.

We
act with the principle of ensuring the use of our products in the domestic
market, creating the ground for their widespread use and then applying
mechanisms that will open up to the whole world. Our work continues to progress
in parallel with our targets and we export to Europe, Asia, South America,
Middle East countries.
Ürünlerimizin
iç pazarda kullanımını sağlayıp, yaygınlaşması zeminini oluşturmak, sonrasında
tüm dünyaya açılacak mekanizmaları uygulama prensibi ile hareket etmekteyiz.

In
addition to the production of knee prosthesis, we have completed our
applications for the MDR certification process for the production of hip
prosthesis, revision knee prosthesis, revision hip prosthesis, shoulder
prosthesis, elbow prosthesis and ankle prosthesis and trauma products. We
believe that we will make a name for ourselves in the world market by adding
our new documents as soon as possible.
Diz
protezi üretiminin yanı sıra, kalça protezi, revizyon diz protezi, revizyon
kalça protezi, omuz protezi, dirsek protezi ve ayak bileği protezi ve travma
ürünlerimizin üretimi için; MDR belgelendirme sürecine başvurularımızı
tamamladık. En kısa sürede yeni belgelerimizi de ekleyerek tam anlamıyla dünya
pazarında adımızdan söz ettireceğimize inanmaktayız.

wish to end the Covid19 epidemic as soon as possible and to see you at
innovative congresses and fairs all over the world. I hope that the brands of
the Republic of Turkey will have a say in the market in order to serve the
orthopaedics field in the world and that the market will come to good places
